OMG ONE WEEK BEFORE DAVID IS FINALLY HERE! ITS BEEN NINEEEE MONNNTTHHHHS IM SO EXCITED!

We had a massive argument because I'm mentally unstable and he's been trying so hard to help me but I just can't be helped and I hurt his feeling somewhat awful tonight because I was in a bad mood and said about his ex's and I told him straight away how bad I felt about saying it because I really didn't mean it and we got into a fight about everything that's been going on lately how ba he's been hurting because I'm hurting myself... (2) And I just can’t stop crying now I honestly felt like he was a goner, sorry I just really needed someone to talk to I’ve been in tears for 3 hours now its 2 am, he’s my world but I take him for granted and idk what to do :/ I told him how sorry I was and I’m trying to get better for him, I even getting therapy now so I can progress in getting better. I almost lost my life tonight. If I had lost him I would have possibly killed myself..

Hi Anon, I hope you feel better now. We always welcome people to come and talk.

I know how you feel, I am the same way sometimes. It’s good that you’ve been getting therapy. Think about it, even though you are like this, he is still with you. You should know he really loves you. It’s good that you have apologized. Now you just need to show him you really mean it. I know how you feel and I’m here. Sorry I can’t really say much about it and comfort you but I promise I have gone through the same thing multiple times and I can proudly say that I have a boyfriend who stuck it out through the rough times, through the self-harming times and everything and I know he really loves me. I can see that with your boyfriend too so you have to be strong and start making a plan to show him that you are trying and improving, and not taking him for granted. Maybe small things such as “I’m so lucky to be with you” could be a good start :)
